In the unlikely event that the unit you purchased from Guardian Wireless does not operate correctly*, you can have the
confidence of returning or exchanging the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping charges that
were incurred. All of the products parts, manuals, accessories, etc. must be returned for full credit. All returned items to
Guardian Wireless must be in unused new condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. A restocking charge may be
applied to products that do not meet these requirements. Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our
return policy, shipping information, and warranties. If you have any questions, please feel free to

* Visible proof of operation is required by Guardian Wireless. You must have a minimal 48 hours of operation (i.e. two daily status messages) visible on the history page of your secure account.
